Site work and paving for a civil project in Mission Bend, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of 1/29/2021 project was RJ&M Utility Construction , TX amount of $128,211.50. The project will start mid February and has 45 days to complete. Work includes removal and replacement of existing sanitary force main receiving manholes with Polymer Concrete sanitary manholes at two different locations. Two (2) manholes are to be removed, and three (3) total manholes are to be installed. The sanitary force mains are live lines with the ability to delay their operation to remove and replace the intercepting manholes; however, by-pass pumping or lift station wet well evacuation is anticipated. Existing Providence Shopping Center site will require removal/replacement of concrete parking area pavement, curb, fence removal/replacement, working around CenterPoint overhead perimeter distribution lines at the work area, and reconnecting two (2) sanitary service lines from the shopping center buildings. Existing Delamere Drive site is accessible from the street with no fencing issues. However, there is a CenterPoint overhead perimeter power line at the work area.
