Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Dover, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of 10/5/2021 project was already awarded for $46,403.98. This document contains the minimum requirements for design and construction for high voltage, three phase, dead tank,SF6 gas insulated circuit switchers. The purpose of this specification is to be a supplemental document for project specific single line diagrams. If you have questions concerning this Intent to Bid, they must be made in writing and emailed to me at doverwhse@dover.de.us. All questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2021. All questions will be compiled and answered in the form of an addendum and will be emailed to all prospective bidders who return the attached ITB notice and will be posted on the City of Dover website. The City of Dover reserves the right to waive technicalities, to reject any or all submissions, or any portion thereof, to advertise for new bids, to proceed to do the work otherwise, or to abandon the work, if in the best interest of the City. The requirement for a bid bond has been waived for this bid.
