Renovation of an approximately 12,000 GSF building to meet the operational and functional needs of the Office of Human Resources including interior build-out, accessibility compliance, infrastructure replacement, and exterior improvements in accordance with the drawings and specifications dated October 20, 2020 prepared by Courtney Harper + Partners, L.C. and included in EXHIBIT E.
