*As of February 19, 2021, construction is underway. University of New Mexico Hospitals New Hospital Tower in Albuquerque, NM, Bid Package #2 - Phase II Demo, Site & Parking. Bradbury Stamm/Hunt, a Joint Venture as Construction Manager for this project is requesting proposals for the following scope of work: Turnkey Drilled Piers. The New Hospital Tower consists of 96 ICU beds, emergency department, 16 operating rooms, 2 hybrid operating rooms, 4 Cath Labs, 2 Endoscopy, 2 Pulmonary, 6 Interventional Radiology Suites, Central Sterile, Pre/Post Op, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, Food Service, Education Space, overhead connector to BBRP, tower bridge to new garage structure, central utility plant and a 1,500 space parking garage.
