All Subcontractors are required to be prequalified before performing any Work and prior to supplying goods or services to the Project. The Bidders prequalification factor rolling average will be applied to any Project with an engineers estimate greater than $5 million. All Bidders submitting Bids valued over sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) shall be registered with the Department of Workforce Solutions (DWS), Labor Relations before Bidding.
