Site work and renovation of a civil project in Palm Desert, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Drill and Equip 1 new domestic water well per plans and specifications including:- Drilling, testing and developing new domestic water well. Construct concrete pedestal and install vertical turbine pump, electric motor, water lubricated column pipe, line shafts, retainers, and all necessary appurtenances for complete pump installation. Furnish and install well manifold piping and appurtenances as shown on the construction plans. Furnish and install ductile iron pipe and appurtenances as shown on the construction plans. Furnish and install wooden and/or pre-fabricated buildings as shown on the construction plans. Furnish and install electrical equipment as shown on the construction plans and described in the specifications. Furnish and install backup generator and appurtenances.
