Site work for a water / sewer project in Avon, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The work to be performed generally includes: Construction of a new 2.0 MG AWWA D110 type prestressed concrete potable water storage tank, associated yard piping and appurtenances, and modifications to the existing Valve Vault. The tank will be constructed on a new drilled pier foundation. Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis. Each Bidder shall file with his Bid a cashier's check, or a Bid Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. Bids from Bidders not indicated in the Engineer's records to have been in attendance at the Prebid Conference will be returned unopened. Questions Deadline: November 25th, 2020 at 1:00 PM.
