Site work for a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision for the installation of 4 steel piles including navigational lighting and signage North of Terminal 5 according to the contract plans and specifications. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $175,000 - $250,000 Due to US Army Corp of Engineers fish window regulations in Tidal Reference Area 3, all in-water work must be completed no later than February 15, 2021. Performance and Payment bonds will be required with the Contract. No bid bond is required. Labor and Industries require a Statement of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages and Affidavit of Wages Paid. The expense of such is the responsibility of the Contractor The Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in its best interest and pursuant to the terms of the General Conditions. Contract time extends from Execution of the contract through Completion as defined in the General Conditions.
