For Croydon Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion - General and Mechanical The work consists of the construction of Equipment Upgrades and New treatment process units to the Croydon Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bristol Township, Bucks County, PA. The work requires the coordination of the Electrical Contractor and the General Contractor under separate contract with Bristol Township. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual. Work is contained under one unit-price contract for each contractor. The General Construction Contract consists of a replacement grit removal system, a secondary clarifier, a flow splitter chamber, a scum and sludge pump station, a chlorine contact tank, improvements to an existing chlorine contact tank, new valves and actuators, and relocation of the land portion of the outfall pipe. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual. Work is contained under one unit-price contract for the general contractor. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids.
