The scope of the Bristol Township Interceptor Lining Project generally consists of the cleaning, televising of pipes, and grouting of pipe joints and lining portions of Bristol Township's interceptor, which is the influent pipe to the Township's WWTP and located on the property of Mary Devine School. Bidders are required to comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of 1961, P.L. 987, No. 442, where the estimated cost of the total project is in excess of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). All bidders are required to comply with the Municipality's Responsible Contractor Ordinance (R.C.O.) where the value of awarded work exceeds $10,000.00. All Contractors and Subcontractors shall participate in a "Class A" Apprenticeship Program when the R.C.O. applies
