The Agreement will be written between the successful Bidder and the Town of Urbana. A Non-Collusive Bidding Certification form shall be submitted with the bid. The Owner represents that it is exempt from payment of federal, state and local taxes, as well as Sales and Compensating Use Taxes of the State of New York. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the actual date of opening.
