Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lindon, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Question Submission Close Date 11/23/2020 12:00 PM MST The intent of the project is to replace up to four (4) existing pool boilers at the Lindon City Aquatic Center with new boilers. Project will include up to two (2) specified boilers installed at the main pump room location, and up to two (2) boilers installed at the Huck's Hideout location. Bidder will, using their own equipment, tools personnel, and efforts, remove existing boilers from their current location. In the process of removal, Bidder will ensure that all existing structures, piping, conduits, equipment, facilities, of the Owner are protected from any damage as a result of their work, and for the extent of the project. Removal shall be done in such a manner as to allow new boilers to be connected to existing water, gas, electrical, and exhaust elements The new boilers to be installed at the Huck's Hideout location will need to be Pentair ETI400 High Efficiency models The new boilers to be installed in the Main Pump Room will be Lochinvar Copper Fin2 Model CPN 2072 Bid Results 1.Price for Lochinvar - Combustion Control Service- $ 35,400 2.Price for Pentair - Combustion Control Service- $ 11,100 3.Price for 4 Boilers - Combustion Control Service- $ 93,000
