Site work for a municipal facility in Lindon, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Construction of Phase II of the Lindon City Cemetery. Project will include process such as clearing and grubbing, grading, road construction, concrete, sprinkling system installation, plantings, landscaping, etc. Contractors who are experienced in cemetery construction will be preferred. Intent to Bid Due Date: Feb 19th 2025, 10:00 AM MST Questions Due Date: Mar 4th 2025, 10:00 AM MST Part I: Mobilization a. Contractor will create a perimeter around the construction zone to keep the general public away from the construction area. Perimeter will not impede access to existing cemetery by City staff or general public. Contractor will erect signage clarifying construction and safety areas. b. Contractor will bring dumpsters and portable restroom facilities to the construction area to be kept within the construction area. c. Equipment and trailers to be kept on site will be stored and secured within the construction area. d. All materials storage will be within the construction area. Part II: Demolition, Clearing, and Grubbing a. Contractor will demolish, clear, and grub the construction area according to construction documents. b. Materials to be reused within the project can be stored within the construction area. c. Materials to be removed from the site shall be disposed of in a timely manner. d. Contractor will utilize work practices that will keep dust from these operations to a minimum.
