Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lindon, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 14, 2022 , This project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on March 21, 2022.** The project will include installing an entry ramp over/in place of the existing entry walkway and stairs, installing ADA acceptable handrails along the new entry ramp, installing an entryway vestibule to match existing storefront doors, installing door openers, while preserving existing items in place.
