The City of Bristol is seeking submission of qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk (CMr) services relative to renovations at Bristol City Hall. The City of Bristol is seeking to make renovations and improvements to Bristol City Hall, its government operations center, located at 111 North Main Street. The project consists of a complete renovation of the existing City Hall facility, and may include a building addition (if warranted).
