Green Valley Special Utility District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Wosnig and Pioneer Road Water Main Improvements The Project includes the following Work:Installation of 11,181 LF of 12-inch C-909 and 16-inch C-900 PVC water line, and related appurtenances. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Wosnig and Pioneer Road Water Main Improvements Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $1,800,000. The Project has an expected duration of 180 calendar days for substantial completion. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents by electronic request to adanr@uegpros.com. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from Utility Engineering Group 191 N. Union Avenue New Braunfels, Texas 78130 or by electronic request. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than Utility Engineering Group 191 N. Union Avenue New Braunfels, Texas 78130. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
