Site work for a civil project in Bellingham, Washington. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 19, 2021, an engineer has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. -- Whatcom County Public Works requests sealed proposals from qualified consultants for the Cougar Creek Integrated Salmon Habitat Enhancement and Flood Risk Reduction Project, as further described in the RFP documents. This project is supported in part with federal funding from the Environmental Protection Agency administered through NOAA. Please be advised that this funding is subject to 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards) and prospective consultants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements including, but not limited to, civil rights, debarment and suspension, affirmative steps taken to assure use of small businesses and minority, veterans, and women owned businesses when possible if subcontracting, equal employment opportunity, Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act standards, anti-lobbying provisions, Americans with Disabilities Act, Buy American Act, copyright provisions, and E-Verify. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
