For Woburn Sanitary Sewer Replacement The improvement consists of: The project includes sanitary sewer main replacement on Woburn Street from Texas St. to Barkley Blvd., Barkley Blvd. from Woburn St. to Newmarket St., Woburn St. from Fraser St. south, and Yew Street from Carolina St. to Texas St. Mains are to be primarily replaced by open cut methods with the exception of one block of directional bore. All disturbed pavement will receive a full width asphalt overlay and accompanying curb ramp improvements to ADA compliance. Price Range: $3,000,000 - $3,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable.
