Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The improvement consists of: erosion control, excavation, mitigation planting, site restoration, boardwalk construction, bridge construction, footings, concrete work, piling, traffic control, and all other work contemplated by the drawings and specifications. Price Range: $500,000 - $600,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. Question Deadline 06/17/2025 Questions, objections or comments regarding the Bid Documents or bid process should be made in writing and received by the issuing office no later than five (5) business days prior to bid opening so that any necessary addenda may be published and distributed to bidders prior to the bid submission deadline
