Renovation of a medical facility in Wilmore, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project consists of the replacement of the Nurse Call, Access Control and Patient Monitoring System at two KDVA facilities within the State. The contractor will be responsible for the demolition of the existing systems within the facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete and operable system for the facilities including but not limited to new raceways, low voltage conductors and 120V power circuits. Door hardware modifications will be made at each facility to facilitate the installation of new Access Control Devices. Patching and painting of wall will be required in areas of the building where new devices are added or existing devices are removed and not replaced. Owner training will be provided during construction and at the completion of the construction based on phasing and completion of the individual phases. The Division of Engineering and Contract Administration, Commonwealth of Kentucky, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Commonwealth may be served.
