Renovation of a municipal facility in Wilmore, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Wilmore is accepting proposals for the installation of a 40kW DC solar PV system at the Dan Glass Pavilion, located behind the Wilmore Municipal Center at 210 S. Lexington Avenue, Wilmore, Kentucky. Award Notification: November 3, 2025 Project Completion Deadline: December 31, 2025 The selected contractor must agree to a 30% penalty of the total contract amount if the project is not completed by December 31, 2025 deadline. Bidder Qualifications: Must hold a NABCEP certification for PV installation. Must carry appropriate insurance, including general liability (minimum $1,000,000), workers' compensation, and professional liability. Proof of insurance must be included with the proposal. The City of Wilmore reserves the right to select the proposal that best meets the needs of the city, reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, or negotiate with the selected candidate.
