Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

In the absence of the project manager, proposals should be dropped off to the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor - Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060. The Project scope is to demolish and remove the existing buildings for the Park City Art & Culture District, at the 5.25-acre site at the Bonanza Park neighborhood. There are a total of seven (7) buildings, i.e., a gas station, five 2-story buildings, and one 1 story commercial complex. The gas station mitigation was completed by the former owner of the gas station. The testing for hazardous materials in the buildings has been completed, and the results show no sign of any hazardous materials. Site work and demolition is anticipated to begin December 28, 2020, with total project completion by March 8, 2021. Bids will be in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications as prepared for the project by MHTN Architects. Bidding documents may be obtained from Park City Municipal Corporation, Sustainability Office only via email request to Dave Gustafson at dgustafson@parkcity.org. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. Specifications are currently on file and may be viewed at the Park City Municipal Sustainability Office. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
