Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Park City, Utah. Working plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Per the owner, as of June 11, 2019, a general contractor has been selected and construction is anticipated to begin in late June or early July 2019. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............. The full specs are listed in addenda #1 The principle items of work are approximately as follows: 9044 Cu Yd Excavation (Plan Quantity) 1 Lump Pedestrian Underpass 3424 Sq Ft Retaining Wall 2700 Sq Yd Top Soil 2700 Sq Yd Erosion Control Mat The project is to be substantially complete by September 15, 2019 and fully complete by October 15, 2019. Liquidated Damages will be enforced at $1,570 per work day the project is not substantially complete.
