Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Park City, Utah. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

As of April 26, 2023, the project has not been awarded as it is on hold indefinitely. At this time, the project is not expected to be rebid. The cost of the project has been estimated to range between $3.3 to $4 million. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and services required for the construction of the above described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work pertinent to Quinn's Junction Park and Ride.: 1) Installation of a new asphalt pavement section parking lot; 2) Concrete bus pullout along Old Highway 40; 3) Installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk along Old Highway 40 and SR-248; and 4) Installation of storm and sanity sewer and waterline; 5)Installation of Infiltration Basins; 6) Installation of Boulder Retaining Wall. The lowest bid shall be determined based on the base bid which includes the total cost of installation/construction. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
