High Valley Transit ("HVT") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction manager/general contractor services (hereinafter referred to as "CM/GC"), also referred to as Construction Manager at Risk, related to Transit Operations, Maintenance and Storage Facility located at approximately 2012 Frontage Road, Park City, Utah (the "project"), further described within the RFP. Proposals will be accepted only from firms that are free of all obligation and interests that might conflict with the best interest of the HVT and have the capacity to provide services on a timely basis. Respondents must address the needs and requirements stated in the Scope of Work of this RFP. Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is or may be providing Federal assistance for the project, the amount of Federal assistance FTA has not been determined as of the date of the advertising of this project. If funding is granted, a Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number will be assigned [of the program that authorizes the Federal assistance]. Attachment A contains required Federal Clauses for Procurements Funded with FTA Dollars. Respondents are required to comply with all applicable Federal Clauses if Federal Funding is awarded.
