PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION 3821 Kearns Boulevard Subdivision Engineering and Site Development Notice of Request for Proposals. Park City is accepting proposals in response to the RFP until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2021. A full copy of the RFP may be obtained by emailing mtwombly@parkcity.org The City seeks proposals for site design, entitlements, engineering, permitting and construction administration services for the development of a subdivision of approximately 20 acres of City owned land. The work includes planning, entitlements, surveying, engineering design, utility coordination, construction documents and construction administration for public improvements and utilities. RFP is available by 12:00 pm Monday April 5, 2021. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Matt Twombly via email mtwombly@parkcity.org by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2021. Proposals shall be submitted to the Park City Sustainability Office, Attn: Matt Twombly, Senior Project Manager, by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2021, via email to mtwombly@parkcity.org. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the proposals when deemed in the best interest of the Park City Municipal Corporation.
