Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 6, 2020 construction is underway. A construction manager, designer and a firm start date have not been disclosed. The following is for historical purposes: Estimated construction cost is $70M-$80M The Park City is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional firms to assist the City during the construction of a 7.2 mgd water treatment plant located in Park City, Utah. This RFQ focuses on selecting a Proposer to provide professional construction engineering related services for the Project. Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of the City. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
