Site work for a water / sewer project in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 11, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Project consists of Installation of 10-inch PVC C900 water transmission lines and appurtenances. All work shall conform to PCMC Design Standards, Specifications, and Standard Drawings, unless otherwise indicated. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. Park City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
