**Owner is hoping to start the project construction in June and finish in September. There is no firm schedule yet. Park City (PCMC) requests qualifications/proposals from qualified contractors to perform as construction managers at risk for the Public Utilities and Public Works Building Renovations project. The project briefly consists of the renovation and reconstruction of existing building(s) to provide office space for administration and operations personnel, as well as, vehicle, equipment and storage needs for various departments.
