Remove all the copper in the indicated areas Place copper in containers provided by PPS for recycling Install new underlayment over existing wall furring as shown on site map Install new 24 Gauge prefinished vertical panel system as shown on site map The prefinished steel panels shall have 1 1/2 " rib with 90 degree vertical box on 9" center The copper flashing around the windows shall remain and be painted to match the new prefinished steel A 2-piece starter shall be used at roof to allow for future roof replacement Supply and install all associated trim flashing with panel system to complete a fully weather tight product. Remove any remaining copper louvers from existing curb mounted ventilation frames. Fabricate and install new 24 gauge prefinished louvers at all openings of curb mounted ventilation frame assemblies. Fasten new lovers to existing frames with #14 x 1 1/2 "stainless screws Remove the copper tops of the ventilation frame assemblies. And replace with 24 gauge prefinished steel Clad remaining parts of the ventilation assemblies with 24 gauge prefinished steel Remove the soffit in the indicated areas and replace with 24 gauge prefinished steel to match profile of existing soffit Remove and replace the parapet cap in the indicated areas with 24 gauge prefinished steel Remove the school sign and date save and reinstall Remove ladders and reinstall after the sidings has been replaced Remove and replace any electrical necessary to replace the copper. Contractor will provide temp fencing area and lock for the dumpster. Replace Damaged Louver as seen in the included photo. New prefinished steel Panels to match the color of the replacement panels on the building shown in the photos below.
