Site work for a civil project in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The sole purpose of this bid is to obtain firm fixed pricing for removal/replacing the fencing at Well Site Nos. 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 31, and 33 (location map shown on Sheet 1 of 7 of the drawings), removal and replacement of the entrance gate panels at the Central Blvd. Ground Storage and Pumping site, and removal and replacement of three ornamental gates (entry, exit and personnel) at the Water Treatment Plant. The Contractor shall perform and complete the work in the manner most consistent with the safety of life and property and to the satisfaction Owner, and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents included herein. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Jupiter Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority-owned, Woman-owned, and Small Business Enterprises Are Encouraged to Respond to This Solicitation.
