Site work and paving for a road / highway in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The deadline for submitting written questions is on December 31. 2021. This project consists of clearing & grubbing, embankment, pavement widening, curb & gutter, sidewalk, street lighting, decorative stamped asphalt, milling & resurfacing and all other required work to reconstruct the existing intersection at Jupiter Beach Road and A1A from a T-intersection to a roundabout. Bid Bond In accordance with Section 12.1 of the Invitation to Bid, each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable to the Town and be in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Payment and Performance Bonds: The firm awarded the Contract must submit a 100% Payment Bond and 100% Performance Bond that are acceptable to the Town and meet the requirements of the contract documents. Federal Funding: This Project is not funded by grants from the Federal Government. In accordance with Section 15.1 of the Invitation to Bid, the TOWN reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities and technicalities not involving price, time or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. If this Bid is accepted, the undersigned Bidder agrees to complete all Work under this Contract within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days
