Renovation of a detention facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Replace the existing networked EST-2 Fire Alarm Control Panels with new EST-3 Fire Alarm Control Panels in the Admin, Education, and Gym Buildings at Mount View Youth Services Center. The contractor shall bid to furnish the following labor, licenses, material, equipment, tools, permits and insurance necessary to complete this project. Contractor is responsible for his own measurements General clean up daily and all trash removal from site is required. All work must be done in accordance with generally accepted standards in a neat and orderly manner. Contractor shall provide a workmanship warranty on all work. The submission of a bid shall indicate the bidder thoroughly understands the specifications, conditions, and scope of work. Prices will show labor and material cost. Proposal includes updating existing Remote Annunciators to match new EST-3 FACP. Proposal includes all drawings and programming required to upgrade three buildings. New graphic maps shall be provided. Proposal includes testing 10% of system in each building after install plus rough inspections and final inspections with AHJ. Note: Existing EST-2 equipment is no longer manufactured or available for purchase. Due to the existing systems being networked, the EST-3 is the available replacement panels for the networked EST-2 panels. If over $50,000 a bid bond will be required.
