Reference Number 0000341596 This request is for a Competitive Request For Proposal (RFP) in which Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking an environmental consultant to provide to provide environmental site characterization services at DEN. The program will include at a minimum, implementation of the PFAS Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCUP) for Denver International Airport (DEN) overseen by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) and investigation and remediation of closed oil and gas production sites at DEN overseen by the Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission (ECMC). Examples of projects include a sitewide groundwater characterization for PFAS in groundwater at DEN, investigation of discrete PFAS Recognized Environmental Condition (REC) areas at DEN, and planning and executing site characterization of remaining contamination at closed oil and gas production sites. Contractor(s) will work with Aviation's Environmental Restoration Program Management consultant to plan and execute the work described above, and will submit to them all work plans, sampling results, and other reports.
