New Q&A Deadline 12/09/2020 09:00 PM EST The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Homer Medical Center Roof Replacement. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor and materials to replace the roof at the Homer Medical Center Q&A DEADLINE: DECEMBER 1, 2020 BY 5:00 PM. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. If the bid exceeds $100,000 the following apply: Certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to the Kenai Peninsula Borough amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total bid, shall accompany each bid as evidence of good faith, a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the Bidder will execute the contract and give bond as required.
