Q&A DEADLINE: JUNE 15, 2022 BY 5:00 PM. The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for Homer High School Partial Roof Replacement. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor and materials to replace approximately 97,386 GSF (approximately 100 sf EPDM. Balance Architectural shingles) of roofing. To include internal gutter system, drain leaders, sumps, attic ventilation, heat trace components per contract documents. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
