Site work for a civil project in Portage, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project involves renovation of belt filter press and sludge cake conveyors, replacement of the belt washwater booster pump system, replacement of polymer feed system, cleanup and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to the City of Portage equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to the City of Portage. Project is located in the City of Portage at the site of the Wastewater Treatment Facility, 1600 Wisconsin Street, Portage, Wisconsin. Project includes, but is not limited to, the following items, and their related appurtenances: Renovating the belt filter press and sludge cake conveyors, replacing the belt washwater booster pump system, replacing polymer feed system, and cleanup. Work covered by Contract Documents is to be performed under a single prime contract, which includes all sections of Specifications.
