As of 11/05/2021 Estimated cost of over $400,000. Columbia County is seeking bids for ADA elevator upgrades for 4 elevators located at the Courthouse (1), Law Enforcement Center (1) and Health Care Center (2). Project has a completion deadline of November 19, 2021 in accordance with the Contract. Work of this Bid shall be Finally Complete and ready for Owner's acceptance on August 30, 2022. Project is for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements to existing elevators, operators, controllers, and other ancillaries of replacement of existing equipment, motors, cable, cylinders, wiring, plumbing, sensors, and installation for the referenced projects as detailed herein, including: Courthouse Elevator, 400 DeWitt Street, Portage, WI; Law Enforcement Center (LEC), 711 East Cook Street, Portage, WI; Health Care Center, 323 Monroe St (CTH G), Wyocena, WI Includes any and all work necessary to complete the removal of existing and replacement with new elevator equipment and controllers as specified.
