The Lawrence Township Board of Education (the "Board") is requesting bid proposals for the items or projects listed below. The Board assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing a bid to be received at the address stated herein later than the due date and time. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the lawrence township board of education for not less than 10% of the bid amount and not to exceed $20,000. *Bidders are required to comply with requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). *Bidders are required to submit a Chapter 33, P.L. 1977 Ownership Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Political Contributions Disclosure form.
