Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in East Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; for the construction of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and 28,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
The Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) for Design-Build Services associated with the planning, design and construction of a new Operations Building, new Maintenance / Storage Building, and other related improvements (collectively, the "Project") at the Bucklin Point Wastewater Treatment Facility (BPWWTF), in East Providence, Rhode Island. NBC reserves the right to reject any submittal for what it considers to be in its best interests. Further, the RFQ/P does not commit the NBC to pay costs incurred in the submittal of qualifications and proposal statements and does not commit the NBC or the State of Rhode Island to procure or contract services. The NBC may reject every Proposal which is not accompanied by the required proposal bond, or which is on a form not completely filled in, which is incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contains any addition not called for, or which does not include the State of Rhode Island MBE/WBE Compliance Statement.
