The City is seeking to purchase and have delivered water works materials. The City is requesting the materials to be received from qualified distributors and/or manufacturers for furnishing and delivering with water works materials. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity by any amount deemed necessary to meet its needs without any adjustments in the quoted price for a minimum of one year after bid award. Four (4) copies of proposals shall be submitted in one (1) sealed envelope to East Providence City Hall, Controllers Office, Room 103, Attn: Ryan McCauley, Procurement Specialist, 145 Taunton Ave., East Providence, RI 02914. The City reserves the right to reject any/or all companies, to waive any informality in the proposal statement and to accept the proposal of any company based on what the City deems to be in its best interest. Any questions regarding the RFP may be directed to Jim Marvel, jmarvel@eastprovidenceri.gov no later than THURSDAY, JANUARY 27, 2022 AT 4:00 PM.
