It is the responsibility of all bidders to verify that they are current with all Addenda Each bid shall be signed and accompanied by a bid security payable to the Town of Greenwich in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid and shall be in the form of a Bid Bond only as issued in the bid documents. Bid Bonds must use the Greenwich Public Schools Bid Bond Form (included within the bid documents), issued by a surety Company listed on the Current U.S. Department of Treasury's Federal Register and be licensed to underwrite bonds in the State of Connecticut.
