Renovation of an educational facility in Greenwich, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Western Middle School Lula and Inclined Lift Replacement. Greenwich Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not deemed to be in the interest of the Greenwich Public Schools. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the removal and replacement of the wheelchair lift at an existing building. The Project generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following major elements: Removal of selected building materials and components. Offsite disposal of all removed materials. Removal and replacement of existing door hardware and signage with new. Removal and replacement of existing wheelchair lift with new including all associated components for a complete installation, including interconnecting controls with door hardware. Provision and installation of sealants along with patching and repairing of existing finishes as required. ALL questions must be submitted, via email to: bid_department@greenwich.k12.ct.us by noon on May 4, 2021 and all answers will be by Addendum posted to the Greenwich Public Schools Website by noon on May 6, 2021.
