Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of January 11, 2021 the project was awarded to HEI and we are trying to get it started within the next 3 weeks… Infrastructure (street, water, storm, and streetlights) the west half of Jackson Gap Street from E. 60th Avenue to E. 68th Avenue, the west half of Jackson Gap Way and Jackson Gap Street from E. 56th Avenue to E. 60th Avenue, and the north half of east 56th Avenue from Harvest Road to Jackson Gap Way. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the Bid date and time. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any errors or irregularities, and to require statements or evidence of Bidders qualifications including financial statements. The Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
