Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified bidders to complete general renovations to the second floor of the Wastewater Reclamation Facility ("WWRF") Building N. The existing space was previously utilized for the police evidence storage area and is now being converted into office space. The new renovation is for the build-out of the new utilities department and call-center. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary for construction of the work. Please see Attachment 1 for a summary of the general project in term of each discipline. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City. Project no 21-0001 PROJECT LOCATION: The Project is located on the 2 nd Floor of the WWRF Bldg N at 13900 Pembroke Road, Miramar, Florida 33027.
