Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Miramar, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Miramar is seeking bids from qualified bidders to complete the work at the driveway of Fire Station 107, on the Miramar Parkway, which includes, but is not limited to all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and incidentals, as necessary for the removal and replacement of existing concrete slab, widening of concrete slab, modification of existing drainage system, widening of the pavement on north side of the building, removal and replacement of existing curbs and sidewalk, pavement marking and signage, regrading of existing retention areas, placement of topsoil and sod, irrigation adjustments as needed due to the proposed construction. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality in a bid/proposal and/or in the bidding/selection process, and to make awards, if awarded, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder/offeror as deemed in the best interest of the City.
