Site work and paving for a civil project in Chaska, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
In general, Work consists of furnish and install a prefabricated steel truss bridge to connect tow trail systems. The project consists of the following approximate quantities: 1 LS Prefabricated Steel Truss Bridge (Furnished, delivered, and installed) 2 EA Concrete Abutments 1,320 SF Bridge Slab Concrete 75 LF Aggregate Trail Construction Direct inquiries to Engineers Project Manager, David Ahrens, at (612) 712-2001. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
