Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chaska, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work Requires the Reclaiming of 50% of the Parking Lot at the Chaska Town Course Equaling 4500 Square Yards of Existing Blacktop, Regrading of the Sub Grade and Compacting of the Subgrade, Removing 3.5"Of Millings to Accept 3.5" of New Blacktop Placed in Two Lifts. Paving Blacktop Back in at a Compacted Depth of 3.5", for 40500 Square Feet of Parking Lots Using 911 Tons of Blacktop. All Proposals Shall Be Securely Sealed and Shall Be Endorsed on the Envelope With the Statement "proposal for 2025 Overlay Program' and Shall Be on the Proposal Form Included inthe Plans and Specifications. All Bids Shall Be Accompanied by Advertisement for Bids,Certificate of Insurance, Bid Bond and a Responsible Contractor Certificate. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any Or All Bids and to Waive Any Irregularities in the Bidding and Further Reserves the Right to Award the Contract in the Best Interest of the City. No Bids May Be Withdrawn Within Thirty (30) Days From the Date the Bids Are Opened.
