Renovation of an educational facility in Chaska, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project has been cancelled. Independent School District No. 112, Chaska, Minnesota, is presently soliciting competitive "Prime Contract Bids" for Chaska High School Controls and Mechanical Upgrades. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. This portion of the project involves mechanical, electrical and controls upgrades throughout the majority of the Chaska High School, tying to the Niagara System that the school currently uses. This also includes new temp sensors, VAVs, and electrical upgrades that go with it.
