**As of 1/13/2020 project will put on a rebid. No rebid date yet. Requesting qualifications from qualified design professional firms for the architect-led design-build, preparations of contract documents, and construction administration for design and construction of a 15,000 square foot metal building with 8 classrooms, office and storage space along with an auxiliary gym at Providence Hall. The improvements will be located on the site of an auxiliary gym at Providence. The space may also require an additional pull through and parking space. Questions, interpretations, clarifications or communication regarding this project should be directed to Nathan Marshall at nmarshall@providencehall.com before the question and answer cutoff date and time of December 7, 2020, 2:00 PM. Contact made with any other Providence Hall personnel may be considered grounds for disqualification. A short list of firms may be interviewed. Successful firms are expected to be interviewed if needed by Friday, December 11th. Providence Hall reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal, in the best interests of Providence Hall, while still complying with Utah State purchasing code. While it is the intent of Providence to proceed with this appointment, this solicitation does not obligate Providence Hall to enter into a contract.
